He bought this winning ticket at the Kroger gas station, located at 2910 Center Avenue in Essexville, Bay County.

However anonymous, he disclosed that he and his wife are regular players of the Quick Family games, particularly Quick Riches. Although small, they always win something.

Partly thanks to the overall odds of winning a Quick Riches game prize, which stand at a forgiving 1 in 4.17 chances.

Asked how this big win came by. The winner said they were on the road driving, “My wife scratched the tickets. After a couple minutes, she screamed: ‘Pull over! We won the jackpot!”

Quick Riches ticket cost $5 a ticket. Prize tiers are $5, $10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $250, $25,000 and the top prize of $500,000.

The lucky couple recently visited Michigan Lottery headquarters in Lansing to claim the big prize. With their winnings, the couple plans to help their children and then save the remainder for a lavish retirement.
