The Powerball jackpot surges to $550 million. This after Saturday night’s 16 March 2019 Powerball drawing. However, prior to the drawing, the jackpot had decreased a little from $495 million to $492 million. This is because ticket sells underperformed expected estimates.

As seen in the recorded video above, the winning numbers in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing were: 30, 34, 39, 53, 67, 11; Powerball: 11 and the Powerplay 2x. Since there was no ticket correctly matching all the jackpot winning numbers drawn, the jackpot prize surged to $550 Million.
Meanwhile, three players correctly matched five numbers drawn to win the games second-level prize of $1 million each. The second level prize winning tickets were sold in New Jersey, North Dakota and Pennsylvania. However, the player in North Dakota had also played the Power Play option which multiplied the ticket’s worth to $2 million.
The next Powerball drawing is worth an estimated $550 million. The cash option is estimated at $335 million. However, this could increase prior to the drawing if ticket sales outperform outlooks or vise verse. In any case, the next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Thursday 21 March 2019 at 4:59 am.
This run could also go down as the 11th largest lottery jackpot in history and the 8th largest Powerball jackpot ever.
Michigan Lottery sold one $50,000 winning ticket in the last run. That sole ticket was the largest prize won in Michigan.
There were 1,939,899 tickets sold nationwide that won at least $4. MI Lottery, however, sold 61,289 winning tickets that won at least $4 in the drawing.
