Last Thursday night MI Lottery drew the Lucky For Life game winning numbers (01-10-15-28-34) that will supply $25,000 every year for life to one lucky player.

No one has come forward with the winning ticket. However, the winning ticket was purchased at the Speedway gas station. The one located at 2375 Sprinkle Road in Kalamazoo city in southern Michigan. This ticket matched the five numbers drawn to win the game’s second prize of $25,000 a year in annuity value.

To enumerate, this win registers as the twenty-third time that a Michigan Lottery player has won a lifetime prize in the Lucky For Life game.

Top prize winners in the Lucky For Life game get to choose one of two ways to receive their prize. They can claim their prize via the annuity payment method. This pays annually for a minimum of 20 years or life, whichever comes last. Or choose a one-time lump sum cash payment of $390,000.

MI Lottery officials encourage the holder of the winning ticket to contact the relations division to schedule a claim date. This prize is only claimable at the Lottery headquarters in Lansing. Lucky For Life tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date.
