How to Play
Players begin by selecting five numbers ranging from one to 39. There are also add-on features to think about which could change your prize amounts.
Double Play, for example, will allow you to use the same numbers but instantly again for a second drawing, for up to $110,000. The other add-on is EZmatch, which allows you to use the EZmatch number on your ticket and try to match up with what is drawn in order to win up to $500 on the spot.
Each add-on costs one dollar each. Players, at most, will spend at least three dollars if they decide to play with all options on their ticket.
Results can be found in a variety of ways. Players usually check online or in the Michigan Lottery app.
Odds, Price, and Prizes
Before you purchase the ticket with add-ons, consider the costs and if your budget can handle it. In addition, each add-on slightly increases your chances at winning other prizes.
For example, the regular draw features an overall odds of 1 in 9. Matching the jackpot has odds of 1: 575,757, which would be matching all five numbers.
These prizes will vary from $1, $10, $100, and then whatever the current jackpot is at the time of when you play. The Double Play add-on has the same odds as the regular drawing and even the prizes, but they have been doubled to $2, $20, $200, and a top prize of $110,000.
