It is reported that along with three $4-million prizes won on instant tickets last month through the Michigan Lottery, two of them came from the Diamond 7s scratch-off lottery card. A VIP Millions scratch-off ticket, the other winning ticket worth $4 million, was also purchased in Troy, along with the Diamond 7s tickets that won in Gaylord and Bad Axe.
These are just a few of the 25 prizes the Michigan Lottery paid out in December. Throughout the month, the lottery operator handed out over $100,000 to winners across the state.
Fantasy 5 Hits Across Michigan
After the first Fantasy 5 draw lottery players won on December 2, there were 12 winners across the state. Several won $100,000 or $110,000, although there were a few larger prizes, as well. On December 18, someone won $316,396 in Macomb. On December 31, to ring in the new year, another person won $332,421 in North Muskegon.
In addition to those locations, players in Lewiston, Stanton, Berkley, and others took home Fantasy 5 prizes. The best days were December 2 and 17, when two prizes were awarded on each day.
Diamond 7s Also Prove To Be A Success
Players choosing the Diamond 7 scratch-off lottery also had a good month in December. There were only two winners, but the prizes, as usual, blew away the rest of the options.
On December 15, someone in Bad Axes took home the $4 million top prize. Just a week later, on December 22, another $4-million prize hit.
Lotto 47 Finds Winners
There were two Lotto 47 scratch-off winners in December, each of which received seriously large Christmas bonuses. On December 10, the biggest Lotto 47 prize was awarded after someone in Clarkston won $3.73 million.
On Christmas Eve, another player picked up a large gift. A Rose City winner picked up $1.15 million and was able to celebrate in style.
The Diamond 7s and Lotto 47 lotteries all issued seven-digit prizes, but they weren’t the only options to find winning targets. With prizes from $300,000 to $613,848, Fantasy 5 and Ruby Red Wild Time, among others, also made more than a few players have a very jolly holiday season.
