A lucky MI Lottery player from Genesee County won a $1 million Mega Millions prize in Friday night’s drawing.
The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 302,575,350, yet this lucky player correctly matched five of six Mega Millions winning numbers drawn. This also makes the ticket holder the latest Genesee County’s lottery millionaire.
The winning numbers in Friday’s Mega Millions drawing were 07, 36, 58, 60, 62. The Megaball drawn was 10, and the Megaplier 3x. The $1 million prize ticket was sold at the Beacon and Bridge Market, located at 5015 E Vienna Rd, Clio, MI.
If you are the $1 million ticket holder from Friday’s drawing please contact the Michigan Lottery Public Relations Division at (517) 373-1237 to schedule an appointment to collect your big prize.
However, this prize must be claimed at Michigan Lottery’s headquarters in Lansing. Mega Millions tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date.
About Mega Millions
Mega Millions is a multi-state lottery draw game offered in 44 states including the state of Michigan, Washington D.C., and the US Virgin Islands. Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11:00 pm ET.
Five balls are drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 through 70. A sixth ball is then drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 through 25.
You win if the numbers you predicted on one row of your ticket match the winning numbers drawn. There are nine ways to win a prize, and prizes range from $2 to the jackpot prize. However, if no player wins the jackpot, the jackpot prize rolls over to the next drawing. The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 24.
