Instantly pocketing hundreds to millions of dollars is every Michigan lottery player’s big dream. However, this isn’t always the case for some players even after they’ve won the hundreds to millions of dollars.
A case in point is the Powerball ticket purchased by an unknown Michigan state lottery player at the Ionia Marathon gas station located on 122 N Dexter St, Ionia city in Ionia County, Michigan on 25 September 2017 for the Powerball drawing held on 27 September 2017. The Powerball results drawn were (08-10-21-23-25 PB 22).
Although this Michigan Powerball participant did not win the jackpot, they won a lower prize tier worth $1,000,000. Unfortunately, the winner has not come forward with the winning ticket to claim the big win and time is not on the ticket holders’ side. The ticket is set to expire on 27 September 2018 at 4:45 pm.
If this potentially lucky Michigan Lottery Powerball player misses the 27 September 4:45 pm deadline for claiming the win, this will go down as the second big win to go unclaimed this year in Michigan and the biggest unclaimed win so far this year in the state and the prize money will be donated to the Michigan State public School Aid Fund.
If you played the Michigan Powerball sometime in September of last year, we urge you to check your tickets against the above mentioned winning numbers or have your ticket scanned.
